Paper Submission

Authors should only submit original work to SIMPAR 2025, considering IEEE’s policies and guidelines for submission and peer review.

Full papers are up to six camera-ready pages, including figures, tables, and references. Accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and presented in an oral session (at least one author must register fully). Submissions longer than six pages will be desk rejected and not reviewed.

SIMPAR 2025 follows a single-blind review process. As illustrated in the sample templates, authors must include their names and affiliations in their papers.

Authors must submit their papers in PDF format and conform to IEEE Proceedings specifications. Templates are available at this link (use A4 format). In addition, the IEEE has partnered with Overleaf, so you can start writing using this link directly.

The accepted papers will be published on the IEEE Xplore platform according to the publication’s IEEE policies.

All submissions will be handled electronically via the conference’s CMT Website:  https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IEEESIMPAR2025

Submissions must be in PDF format and are limited to 10MB. Supplementary material (images, video, etc.) may be submitted with papers. The entire submission (paper + supplemental material) has a file size limit of 100MB.
