Scientific organization

From the beginning, the SIMPAR Conference focused on the best scientific research in the field of robust software systems, theories and practices of modelling, and code migration from general-purpose simulators to real-world systems. Fundamental open problems are still waiting for valid answers, like raising the level of automatic code generation for robot task planning, improving the power of robotics computing algorithms, designing coherent high-level ontologies for autonomous robots, and finding the proper use of the best-advanced AI techniques.  SIMPAR-2025 will consider novel robotics applications driven by research, industry, and society, which require developing increasingly complex systems to address the issues mentioned above .

The proposed Conference will run under the Tutorship of the SIMPAR Steering Committee, enhancing its composition by integrating new valuable members.

Particular attention has been paid to the definition and composition of the program committee to guarantee an accurate selection of the works, ensuring also the inclusion of reviewers with expertise in areas affine to the main conference themes.

The topics of the tutorials of the selected workshops will be oriented to the most relevant research topics that are of interest both for fundamental research and industrial research.
